Amazing customer service
The ordering process was quick, as was the delivery. I have been having nerve issues in my arms, and my current pillows haven't been helping. As a side sleeper, I decided to try the Dosaze Contoured Orthopedic Pillow. I opened it, let it breathe for a day, and then gave it a few nights to see if it would work for me. While it felt great quality-wise, I couldn't quite get the proper alignment for my sleeping style. Unfortunately, it was time to initiate a return. Buying something is the easy part, so I wondered how the return process would go. I sent an email on Sunday morning, assuming I wouldn't hear back until later in the week. Well, within minutes—before 8:30 AM on a Sunday—a real person responded with great options for either an exchange or a return. They suggested helpful alternatives without being pushy at all when I decided to proceed with the return. I still assumed the actual refund processing would take a few business days, but nope! By lunch that same Sunday, the return was initiated and the refund was processed. Truly amazing customer service. While the standard contoured pillow didn't work out for me, I will definitely give Dosaze another chance in the future. Highly recommend!
