Warranty Not Honored
Rotimatic’s failure to honor their product warranty is a serious concern for prospective buyers. I’m writing this review to warn them about the issues I’ve encountered with my Rotimatic machine. My unit is under an active manufacturer’s warranty, and an essential component, the dough catcher, failed. I filed a valid replacement request several months ago, but as of today, Rotimatic refuses to provide a confirmed shipping or dispatch date. They repeatedly cite ongoing “stock availability issues” as the reason for their inaction. While Rotimatic is actively collecting monthly installment payments via Splitit, they have left me with a completely useless, broken machine. If you expect reliable customer support or a functioning warranty, I strongly advise against purchasing this product.
