This was my first ever order on Alibaba and I was impressed
This was my first ever order on Alibaba and and I have to say I am very impressed. The whole experience was a pleasure, no comparison to any other platform I know. Great website, great choice, fantastic contact with all vendors (13 different vendors for different products). Everybody was available for chat (in person, not a bot!), responsive, pro-active and my orders arrived flawlessly and fast. Post-order support was also pro-active and great. As this was across so many vendors it cannot have been a fluke and I will definitely use them again.
