Absolute pathetic (non existent) customer service. I purchased the Move + on Sunday and despite the website claiming I'd receive the order by today or tomorrow, the order hasn't even processed yet. I've called twice and left messages because no one answers the phone....no return calls. I've used their AI chatbot which redirects me to an update page that doesn't work. It claims it's passing me on to a support agent, but no one ever actually joins. Clearly the product is not in stock, but they don't want to be honest about that. What is super frustrating is that I've had probably 5 emails in 5 days asking me to buy more, but they won't answer when I'm actually going to receive the product. If I can't get a response soon I'm going to dispute the cc charge and just buy the prungo device instead.
