Refunded an item, but I will have to pay for shipping to repurchase
I ordered two items from Coolibar and paid the shipping. One item arrived and one item never shipped, and I had to call them to see where it was at. The representative told me that they were out of the item, so she went ahead and refunded the item that was out of stock. However, I had ordered two items so that I would only pay for shipping once. So I asked her how I could avoid paying shipping a second time once the item came in stock again in the future, and she told me that I would have to pay shipping again. I think they should have at least granted me free shipping when I order the shirt again in the future.
