Bad Experience!
The part we recieved looked different than the part on your website. The cord on the part on your website is much longer than the part that arrived. The connector on the part that arrived was wrong as well. I called for support and spoke to someone who sounded like it was a call center in India and I had a hard time understanding anything except I needed to send pictures to an email address. I am still waiting for someone to respond to that!
