I hadn’t used my Lumen in years, and the app wasn’t allowing me to use the device. I contacted their customer support after hours, and was promptly described how to resolve the issue, and I was up and running again in minutes. Fantastic customer service and an incredibly helpful product. Extremely happy with this company!
