We placed an order that was a package, the Hers and His Smartwatch 4 Duo. There was a current promotion that wasn't listed as part of the package. I contacted customer support, and thanks to Trisha, the situation was handled in a very timely manner. We were treated very kindly, and Trisha is an excellent representative for the company!
