Everyone that I dealt with was not great and made me wait hours just to tell me they are going to charge me $100 for something that shouldn’t be my fault. Elizabeth was the last person I talked to and she was great. She actually follow back up and did what she said she would. Which often is not the case with Medvidi. I’m very happy with her.
