The installation was done very well
The installation was done very well. The guys were very clean and respectful. They delivered the windows sooner than expected which was nice. The biggest issue we had was that they advertised that if you bought two windows you got two free or four and four. That being said we replaced a bay window with four separate windows and were actually interested in replacing two others but were told our window replacement didn’t qualify. Even though my large bay was replaced by a two window piece the two side windows were also replaced so I’m not sure why the salesman said no. We definitely didn’t pay the extra $3000 they wanted for the two windows that technically should’ve been free. They were small windows too. The installation guys though were top notch.
