I have been trying to purchase word and excell for my computer. I have been trying for 4 days now. After talking to someone for about two hours. She said someone will call me. They did but were unable to process my purchase. She said someone else would call me back in an hour and Ieft me waiting, never called. I tried again twice and nothing. I don't know why it is so difficult to process my order. I tried again today and after talking to Ken for about an hour and half he transferred me to a supervisor (Abby) She said she would help me and left me waiting. That is unacceptable! I can't believe it is so difficult to make a purchase through Microsoft. Your customer service needs help, they are not helpful at all. I'm planning on leaving a bad review because of the type of service I was provided. I am very dissapointed. All I wanted was to make the purchase.
