Item out of stock,would honor promotion as soon as item came in.
Items were in my shopping cart, one item was out of stock. A customer service representative put a note to notify me when item came in. Told me when dewalt item came in would put all 3 items in dewalt promotion. Buy one main item, get 2 free. I call in to do this, customer service said could not do this for me. Ofcourse promotion is now over. Terrible way to treat your customers.
