The product did not work for me
The product did not work for me. Also they say they want the tracking information after you send it out. It was 10 days and I hadn't gotten my refund. This is what I sent to them after they requested the tracking number. Re: I don't feel having to submit the tracking information to get the refund was necessary. You folks received it on July 22nd and it should have been processed then. Why did I have to send the tracking number?? That shouldn't have been necessary and I would not recommend your product or any other product you sell because of this. I had the order number and everything else in the package that was necessary. It was only until I provided the tracking number that you gave me the refund. That's not how it works folks! So are you denying other people their refund just because they didn't give you the tracking information!?? Wrong wrong wrong! ... I received the refund AFTER I gave my tracking number. I even contacted customer service with the text above. I HAVE THE CORRECT COMPANY.
