Don't activate the free Pro trial!
I tried WPS 3 days free Pro trial, and I couldn’t deactivate it due to an error message anytime I clicked on the “cancel auto-renew” button. I naively thought that the payment must have been halted, but then I got charged for a whole year of Pro and AI. I immediately wrote to the WPS Support, telling them about the error message I got, asking them for a refund. They replied after almost a week and denied the refund, but told me that they were gonna “deactivate auto-renewal for me”. I actually received two email confirmation for this, and their site seem to confirm this, but now I’m very scared to be charged again. BE CAREFUL: the program in itself isn't bad, but they seem to be using unethical charging methods, there’s a lack of transparency, their support service is slow, and they deny refunds even when they payment was due to a glitch in their site. Not recommended.
