The BOT replied within 48 hours that they would be contacting me to ‘make things right'… As of today, Aug 9, not one email or phone call from Primo. That was clearly a SHAM to make it look like they provide the service that they should actually deliver. Last night, for the 3rd time in 6 months, a 5 gal. bottle leaked all over the kitchen floor and further delaminated it. I have photos.
