Ordered a carp bundle and my package arrived completely destroyed with most of the contents missing, completely the couriers fault. Emailed their support on the Saturday and had a reply in minutes. With a replacement order shipped out on the monday and delivered in perfect condition less than a week after the first delivery. Very happy with my products and the excellent customer service. Would recommend.
