Do no get if you want coverage for heat
I am not the type to ever write bad reviews… we wanted coverage before the weekend being that it was going to be a hot one. Went ahead on their website and looked through their coverage information. Clearly it states that it covers rain and excessive heat etc. the weather met the requirements for coverage, and instead of honoring the agreement they doubled down and continued to let me know that I wasn't covered for heat, just rain (website doesn’t separate coverage it covers all) and informed me that if I wanted heat coverage I was supposed to reach out to have it changed manually through them for heat coverage, keep in mind no where else in their website does it make that distinction or clarification or specifics on what steps must be taken to get a different option for coverage nor does it provide a separate link or page for other options. I provided screen shots of proof that what they’re saying to me through email is incorrect and contradicts what their own website states. I have asked for them to show me where it states that I have to call them to change for heat but they have not responded.. do not work with these people.
