DO NOT do business with Axos Bank! I wish I could give this bank zero stars. I contacted customer service to add my external bank accounts for transfers. They helped me set everything up and told me the transferred funds would be available the next day. However, two days later, the transfer was canceled, and my account was restricted without any clear explanation. When I called to close my account, I was told that only the back office could process the closure and that it would take another 2–3 days just to review my request and close the account. Based on this experience, I would not recommend doing business with Axos Bank. The process was frustrating, the communication was poor, and resolving the issue has taken far longer than I was led to expect.
