I’ve left my original response for clarity, but lead with the edit. There were complications with delivery, but Hudson Reed was responsive and kind. Original review: The customs paperwork was not included in the shipment, I have yet to hear any progress on the order since having to provide them with the forms myself. My contractor is now delayed because of this. Incredibly disappointing
