This company has been taking $29.95 from my account every month for around 8 months without me realizing it. I signed up for a single vehicle report, not an expensive monthly subscription. Only after reviewing my bank statements did I discover hundreds of dollars had been taken. When I logged into my account, there was no obvious way to cancel my subscription. A company that makes it this difficult to stop recurring charges should be ashamed. I have demanded a full refund and immediate cancellation. If GoodCar refuses to resolve this, I will dispute every eligible charge with my bank and report this to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Looking at the number of similar complaints from other customers, I am clearly not the only person this has happened to. Avoid this company unless you are prepared to monitor your bank account every single month.
