I am writing to inform you that my electric bike has unfortunately been stolen despite being secured with the folding chain lock purchased from your company. The lock was cut by the thief, allowing the bike to be removed. I am extremely disappointed that a security product sold for the purpose of protecting a high-value electric bike failed in these circumstances. As a customer, I purchased the lock in good faith believing it would provide an appropriate level of security and deterrence against theft. The theft has resulted in a significant financial loss and I would be grateful if you could advise whether you offer any theft protection guarantee, replacement scheme, or goodwill compensation where a bike secured with your lock is stolen following the lock being forcibly cut.
