I was renovating the entire upstairs on a limited budget. Salesman was courteous and professional and worked within my means with financing available. Installers were on time and worked hard, they did a great job. They took the old carpet with them for disposal. The entire process was well beyond my expectation. I received a gift card for my time posting this honest review. Order number NY40224
