Steven and his crew were excellent in every way. Your phone support was pretty accurate in helping us prepare although there were a few misstatements of your service policy regarding * despite several calls for an earlier service (closer to 9 than 12) the truck arrival time was delayed twice between original estimate of 10:20 am and did not arrive until 11:58 am. Your office personnel’s ground tracking and reporting to us was non existent. The only help your office offered was to refer us to the tracking map we received from you to my email. * dresser draws needing to be emptied * being told the service crew would not have boxes / bubble wrap for us to use for packing so we bought our own
