1000% the worst customer service
1000% the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company! Phone number is a fake or nobody answers. And the email is just an AI that will give you little to no answer as to what the progress of shipping is or help you to resolve issues with your glasses. While they are cool glasses, you'd better hope nothing ever goes wrong or you can just throw your money away. 10/10 wouldn't recommend!
