Onboarding
Janet Lopez was a God sent without a doubt. She did such an awesome job helping us set things up and spent the time with us in order to do so. She’s very knowledgeable at her job. There is a lot to do and learn and she made it so much easier! We are navigating through all the different things that are offered and learning what’s, what. It is easy to navigate once you learn it and we haven’t really had any major issues yet. Onboarding is a must and more then 2 one hour sessions would be more beneficial. Also, it would be nice to be able to talk to a person on the weekends if needed though. And the time zone is a pain when you need help with something. Still not sold on AI.
