WARNING: Tech-RMS Scam Scheme – Requesting FXCL Broker Intervention & Full Refund Entities Involved: Tech-RMS (Scam Agents) & FXCL (Broker Platform) Core Issue: Unsolicited Coercion by Tech-RMS, Fake Partnership Trap, Sabotaged Auto-Trading, and Withdrawal Blockage Key Summary: Tech-RMS Solicitations: Tech-RMS was the sole entity that aggressively called and convinced me that auto-trading was legitimate and profitable. Without Tech-RMS, I would never have known about or used FXCL. Initial Trust: Started with a $250 investment based on Tech-RMS’s promises, which showed initial gains. The "Market Event" Trap: Tech-RMS coerced me into a Crude Oil event under the narrative of an assigned "partner" requiring more capital. Extortion & Denial: Once profits were added, Tech-RMS claimed no partner was found and demanded I cover the full partnership cost before allowing a withdrawal. Sabotaged Account & Draining: Refusing to pay more resulted in my auto-trading bot suddenly becoming unstable and executing rapid losing trades, draining my account down to $529. Call for FXCL Action: Since FXCL is my official broker and holds my trading account/funds, I am requesting that FXCL step in to terminate the auto-trading, investigate these fake Tech-RMS agents, and fully refund my initial investment. Detailed Account: I am writing this review to expose the scam tactics of Tech-RMS and to publicly request immediate assistance and a refund from FXCL. Before being contacted by Tech-RMS, I had no knowledge of FXCL. It was Tech-RMS that repeatedly called me for almost a month, pitching an automated trading robot and making me believe that auto-trading was a safe, high-return strategy. Relying on Tech-RMS's representations, I agreed to start auto-trading through FXCL as the broker. I initially invested $250. Seeing good initial profits, I trusted Tech-RMS when their representative urged me to join a week-long Crude Oil "market event" alongside a assigned trading partner, which required additional funds. After the event, high profits were reflected in my balance. However, when I requested a withdrawal, Tech-RMS claimed they never actually secured a partner for my event. They demanded that I deposit additional money to personally cover the entire partnership amount before any withdrawal could be processed. When I refused to deposit more funds, my account was locked from manual withdrawals. Shortly after, the auto-trading bot—managed via Tech-RMS's setup—became extremely unstable, placing continuous losing trades that aggressively drained my remaining balance down to $529. Direct Appeal & Demands: To FXCL (The Broker): My trading account and funds are ultimately in FXCL's hands. I believe fake or rogue agents from Tech-RMS are using the FXCL platform to manipulate clients. I am asking FXCL to step up, immediately disconnect/terminate all automated trading on my account, and issue a full refund of my initial investment. To the Public: Be extremely cautious of Tech-RMS. They use high-pressure tactics, fake event/partner structures, and sabotaged auto-trading to hold your money hostage and force additional deposits.
