Dishonest business practices
Their customer service really needs some work. We signed up for an Online DriverED course for my teenager, and the site clearly advertised unlimited practice tests as part of the package. After my son finished the course, though, the Smart Practice feature was locked and required an extra $9.99 to unlock. I contacted customer service about it, and they told me we must have needed to manually select that option during checkout — something I don't recall seeing anywhere. When I pushed back, they still insisted we pay the $9.99 if we wanted access to it. Honestly, there are plenty of free practice test resources out there (including AI-generated ones), so this isn't worth the hassle. Just wanted to give others a heads-up to read the fine print carefully before buying.
