Unhappy Customer
I placed an order on (6/29) with Starluck Flowers, to have it cancelled within minutes of submitting it and told that a refund would be issued immediately. On 7/5 a charge for this order hit my credit card, and it looks to be impossible to get a refund. I've emailed then twice and each time they say "We're taking care of it right away", this is a lie, as it is now (8/4) and I am no closer to getting my refund. DEFINATELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is a scam 100%. Sincerely, Very disappointed Customer
