I ordered black out blinds for skylight 7/6/26, confirmation email stated shipping would be 7/22/26,as of 8/3/26 I haven’t recieved any email! I tried using there automatic message to give me a call and let me know when I’ll get the product I paid for, I ended up calling and speaking with a representative, I was informed that a crucial part was on back order and nobody reached out to inform me it will be middle of October to receive!
