Living my best day on my six three zero
The customer service at six three zero was great. They had a video for any problem or question with putting together the bike or mechanical questions. The videos covered the whole content needed I took a chance buying my bike online and because of mobility issues bought my first 2 wheel ebike low step six three zero and made the right choice. It was easy to get used to and in 2 years have put over 150 miles on it riding in my neighborhood or on the Erie Canal trail in central New York. At 65 with mobility issues it feels liberating and lots of fun. The improvements I would like to see is better grip from the tires, they seem to wear quickly. Also after a long ride the seat becomes uncomfortable. And thirdly the kickstand doesn’t hold the bike up no matter how much I adjust the height, also it is a heavy bike and built well it would be great if it could be lighter and fold. It does well on my carvot bike rack. Happy trails
