I am very disappointed with RedBus
I am very disappointed with RedBus. I tried multiple times to cancel or reschedule my booking, but neither option worked. I also contacted customer support, but I did not receive any helpful response. Because of this issue, I lost my money and had a very frustrating experience. A service like this should provide proper support and working cancellation or rescheduling options. I expected much better from RedBus. I will think twice before using RedBus again, and I hope you improve your customer service and booking management.
