So disappointed!
I have been going back and forth with Theo Grace since December. Multiple mistakes. Poor quality. Refusal for refunds. NO CONTACT NUMBER! Theo Grace feels like a SCAM. They saw my trustpilot review and sent me this reply..."Regarding the Balance Charm Necklace with Diamond Bead in Silver, I’d like to clarify that this piece is not crafted from sterling silver. The material details provided on the product page under the “Description” and “Product Details” sections do not specify sterling silver. The necklace is made with a silver coating over a brass base." What?!? It's advertised as "Silver" but it isn't really silver. It's cheap silver plating over brass. I don't want cheap jewelry. Feels like false advertising to me. Also they offered me a $30 credit to buy even more. I do NOT want anything at all ever! I didn't even want what I was forced to order since Theo Grace refuses refunds! Give me a break. I cannot believe Nicky Hilton would put her name on junk jewelry. SO embarrassing!
