I agreed to purchase Liberty Home Guard for my Home as they assured me that if anything broke down that the would either fix or replace the appliance that was covered. Then my refrigerator did go out, I paid the $125.00 fee to have the technician come look at it. The compressor had gone out the fridge. Liberty Home Guard said in the fine print that of all things that the compressor was not covered on the refrigerator. Compressor on a refrigerator not covered... they said sorry but we will allow you $500.00 towards a new one if you buy it through us. Right through them... otherwise they would reimburse me $100.00. Well I canceled the plan and now they won't send me even the $100.00. I will be complaining to my State Attorney General and everywhere else I can to show people just how dirty they are. I have spoken to them numerous times but I get nowhere with them. It is very sad. I will NEVER refer them they tell you one thing but you can't even see the fine print until you are committed. They are not nice people... DON'T BUY FROM LIBERTY HOME GUARD. You will be sorry like I am.
