I'll always use DLC and here's why!
In a world that's becoming increasingly filled with AI and automated phone systems, it's refreshing to call a company and immediately speak with a real person who genuinely wants to help. This is now my third time booking through Direct Line Cruises, and once again the experience was excellent. Leslie was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. She answered all of my questions, made everything easy, and never made me feel rushed. One of the biggest reasons I continue booking with Direct Line Cruises is that they consistently have the best prices and promotions. Not only are their cruise fares often lower than booking directly with the cruise line, but they also include valuable extras like $50 shore excursion credits and additional onboard credit that you simply don't get on the cruise line's website. What really sets Direct Line Cruises apart, though, is the team's experience. They know the ships inside and out. On a previous cruise, they recommended a cabin that cost the same as the one I was considering but happened to have a significantly larger balcony because of its location on the ship. That's the kind of insider knowledge you only get from people who truly understand the cruise lines and their ships—not from an online booking engine. Every interaction I've had with the Direct Line Cruises team has been professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Leslie continued that tradition, and I'll absolutely be booking my next cruise with them as well. Highly recommended!
