The installation was a joke
The installation was a joke, sensors were falling off the first day. I have had adt 6 months and have had to call several times and have had techs check system several times. I am unable to cancel the contract, even though they do not make me feel safe. I signed the contract for security and safety. which I do not feel. very disappointed, was with another security company for 15 years, never had a problem. decided to move to upgrade cameras, bad idea!!
