I ordered an Epson M1050 Printer through Moglix portal on (22/7/26). They send me a Keyboard instead of Printer. The shipping label printed on the box clearly states the item is a "Printer," yet the box itself only contains a laptop keyboard. They intentionally used a printer shipping label to mark the order as fulfilled while sending a low-value item. When I contacted their customer service, they completely refused to replace the item or resolve the issue. Their support is incredibly unprofessional, hostile, and unhelpful. They are a fraudulent business taking money for expensive electronics and shipping low-value items.
