I had a very disappointing experience with ddpai Official Store on AliExpress. My refund amount was 732 SAR, but I only received 272 SAR + 272 SAR. 190 SAR is still missing. It has been 10 days, and every time I contact customer support, I get the same automated response: "Please wait another 48 hours." They keep extending the waiting period without providing any real solution. My case number is 2053808545765376, and despite multiple chats with customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but my request has been ignored. I expected better customer service from AliExpress. Holding a customer's money for this long without a proper explanation is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will continue sharing my experience on public review platforms and social media to warn other customers. I only want my remaining 190 SAR refund processed as soon as possible.
