Worst insurance experience
Worst insurance experience. Don’t waste your money on this insurance. I went to CityMD Urgent Care in Raritan after being told my visit was covered under my ISO insurance plan. When I submitted the claim, they refused to pay and told me I had to pay the full $250 because of a $400 deductible. Why wasn’t this clearly mentioned on the portal? Saying a visit is “covered” is completely misleading if you still have to pay the entire bill. I only went for a headache and fever, and nothing was covered. Very poor transparency and a terrible experience.
