Terrible matting
I placed my first order, and within just a few days the hair became severely matted. I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they replaced the extensions right away. When I received the replacement set, I was thrilled. The hair was beautiful, full, soft, and didn't seem to have the same issues. I honestly thought the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, after only one week of wearing the replacement extensions, they started matting just like the first pair. The matting is so severe that it forms what looks like a ball of tangled hair at the back of my head. It's embarrassing, uncomfortable, and impossible to hide. I have to brush the extensions every few minutes just to keep them somewhat manageable, and even then they quickly tangle again. Each time more and more hairs falls out of halo. What makes this even more frustrating is that the hair extension company I had trusted for years was acquired by Bellami, which is the only reason I decided to purchase from them. After experiencing this firsthand and then reading so many similar reviews from other customers, I'm shocked that these products are still being sold. It seems irresponsible to continue charging premium prices for a product that so many people report has the exact same issue. I spent a significant amount of money and time on these extensions, only to end up with something I have to throw away. For a few short days, I absolutely loved my hair and was so excited. But that excitement disappeared almost immediately once the matting started again. For the price Bellami charges, the quality is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend these extensions to anyone.
