This would have been the 2nd time of using the greyhound bus in my life. They didn't stop at my stop location to pick me up. My tickets and seats and all were even paid for on card. I was trying to go to a funeral in my family in a different state from where I am. I did receive text messages but no bus. After 2 hours tracking the bus it was at the next stop. I had arrived 2 1/2 hours early for the bus so late on me wasn't. I am a senior and handicapped and walked to the bus stop in the middle of the night. I don't have anyone to take me is the reason for the bus transportation. They made me miss the funeral.
