BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTE RUBBISH AFTERSALES SUPPORT One star is a overstatement Terrible experience with this brand, we purchased a floor mop and vacuum in one, worked well first couple of times, after that the pump stopped, since we have had nothing but heartache from this seller, aftersales service and repairs is one complete Palm off run around, email after email, they use Bunnings market place as a seller middle man then it turns into a complete shamble for aftersales repair and just buy time hoping that the customer gets fed up and goes away palming off your warranty, same questions since February, and if you are reading this ROBOROCK I really hope you take your products back to where they were made and keep them out of Australia. One big scam is an understatement. BUY ANOTHER MAKE CONSUMERS.
