Thoroughly disappointed
I'm absolutely beside myself with both Bob's Corporate and their store in Mayfield Heights, OH. After waiting until almost 8pm for a delivery and set up that was supposed to be at 2pm, the bed I ordered for my son came defective. Pieces not fitting together. My husband, 45 minutes later is STILL on hold with Corporate, trying to get us a replacement in a timely manner and I'm STILL on hold with Golden Gate in Mayfield Heights, OH getting jerked around by a "manager" who insists there's nothing he can do. This experience, they call...White Glove delivery.
