Avoid this company at all costs.
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. I paid for my order almost a year ago and never received it. The package never even reached my country. At some point the tracking changed to "returning to sender," and now the tracking number doesn't exist anymore. What's even more frustrating is that customer support keeps giving the same excuse: they can't refund me until they receive the package back. So I'm expected to wait forever because of a shipping problem that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I paid. I never received my order. I still don't have my money back. After almost a year, I have completely lost trust in this company. If this is how they treat paying customers, I cannot recommend buying anything from them. Please be careful before placing an order. Read the reviews first. I wish I had. UPDATE: After almost a year, Moon Magic has finally started processing my refund.
