Exceptional Support from Mira After a Rocky Start
I had a complex situation with Horizon Trust and initially felt a bit frustrated as my inquiries took some time to get a response. Once Mira stepped in, though, she completely turned things around. She took the initiative to get on a call with me and efficiently sorted out the entire issue. I really want to express my appreciation for Mira, her dedication and prompt help in resolving this complex situation were outstanding. Thank you, Mira!
