❌❌🚩❌ ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)🚩❌❌❌❌ TRASH I ordered raw Burmese curly bundles on August 1 because the company advertises 1–2 business day shipping from its U.S. warehouse. My birthday hair appointment had been booked two months in advance, so I ordered early to make sure my hair would arrive on time. After five business days, my order still had not shipped. When I contacted customer service, instead of resolving the issue, they offered me $20, then $30, to keep waiting. Considering I had spent over $200 and my appointment could not be rescheduled, that offer felt insulting and did nothing to solve the problem. The company kept telling me the hair would arrive on Friday, even after I explained that my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Friday. Hair arriving after my appointment was completely useless. I planned ahead, trusted the shipping timeframe they advertised, and still ended up without the hair I ordered for my birthday. If you’re purchasing hair for an important event, I would strongly recommend ordering from a company with more reliable shipping and customer service. I will not be ordering from this company again.
