I ordered 50 stapled wall calendars for my wildlife photography business, and the order shipped with placeholder "Lorem ipsum" template text still in every footer , a design tool defect that made the calendars unsellable to my paying, pre-ordered customers. I do want to push back on one point: while the placeholder text was technically visible in the preview and proof, an automated check that flags unedited template placeholder text (like "Lorem ipsum") before an order goes to print seems like a reasonable safeguard for a design tool used by non-designers. Right now it sounds like that gap is being treated as a one-off customer error rather than a process issue. I'd genuinely like to see this prevented for future customers, not just resolved case-by-case after the fact. Appreciate the resolution either way.
