The only customer service available is via a chatbox that is VERY unreliable.
I liked iHerb and used this company to order many herbal products. But they started to send me items I had not ordered, and then they would NOT cancel my autoship orders. The only contact is via AI, a chatbox named Joy, which is terrible and can't answer the simplest questions. It absolutely canNOT be trusted to perform the actions I dictated. I no longer want to be their customer, BUT THEY CONTINUE TO SEND ME STUFF THAT I ALREADY CANCELED!
