I was on a tour to Mt Kailash in July 2026. Midway during the tour I encountered high attitude sickness. Agent Alina was assigned to assist me coordinating between visits to the local hospital and repatriation. Alina was very professional and helpful and coordinated all related matters and executive efficiently so I can fully focus on my treatment & recovery. Im grateful for her thoughtfulness & care during the crisis.
