I spoke with the most polite young ladies I have ever spoken to. Her name was Claudia. She answered every single questions I had. She knew the answer right away to each and every question with such a great customer service attitude. It is so difficult to reach someone the first time you call that knows the correct answer to everything. What a wonderful asset your company has. She deserves such a big raise to being perfect for her job. I hope I can reach Claudia anytime I have any problem. She is the one to solve it. GREAT JOB CLAUDIA!!!
