Not only are the earrings absolutely amazing, but the customer service at Ardant is truly second to none. I received my first pair as a birthday gift in July, and I’ve genuinely not taken them off once—not even while on holiday at the beach or spending days in the pool! I loved them so much that I immediately ordered another three pairs. What has impressed me just as much as the quality of the earrings is the incredible customer care. After I made a mistake with my delivery address (completely my own fault!), the Ardant team went above and beyond to help me resolve it, despite the immense time pressure of my family’s upcoming relocation to Switzerland.
